Founded by Darwin Palacios, Orense S.C. was created to train athletes, promote healthy habits, and strengthen community values. Since then, Orense has established itself as a leading sports institution in El Oro Province.
Birth of Incarpalm – “Ecuador’s Carton Manufacturer”
To complete the cycle of banana production inputs, Incarpalm was founded to focus on corrugated cardboard packaging. Initially supplying banana exports, it later expanded into the floral, fishing, industrial and domestic sectors.
Founding of ICAPAR
With the vision of Engineer Darwin Palacios, son of Don Euclides, ICAPAR was founded. The company offers a diversified portfolio of agrochemical products to enhance crop quality and productivity.
Founding of Fumipalma
Later, Fumipalma was created, specializing in aerial atomization services to provide comprehensive crop care to banana production units. Today, it operates a fleet of 13 aircraft, offering expert phytosanitary services and guaranteed quality results for growers.

One year later, Palmaplast was established to serve the productive sector of El Oro and the country. As a plastics manufacturing company, it desing, produces, and markets flexible packaging solutions and self-adhesive labels, operating under quality management and food safety systems.

On June 26, Don Euclides carried out the first export of Ecuadorian bananas to the Russian market, marking the beginning of Corporación Palmar.
