Incarpalm Joins the Employability Route

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, Incarpalm joined the “Ruta de la Empleabilidad” (Employability Route), an initiative that promotes job opportunities for young people, fostering inclusion and productive development.

During an event held at its facilities, a partnership agreement was signed with the Ministry of Labor to establish joint actions aimed at encouraging the hiring of youth between the ages of 18 and 29. At the event, Minister Ivonne Núñez Figueroa highlighted Incarpalm’s role in job creation and its impact in El Oro Province, where the company currently employs over 100 young individuals.

“Incarpalm is committed to a more prosperous and equitable Ecuador through responsible and inclusive practices,” stated Ing. Fernando Guamán Palacios, General Manager.
Through this alliance, the company reinforces its commitment to sustainable growth and youth employability.
