    Orense SC Debuts in the Copa Sudamericana  

    Orense Sporting Club made history by qualifying for the 2025 Copa Sudamericana — a milestone for football in El Oro Province.  
    Since its promotion to Serie A in 2019, the team has grown through hard work and determination, achieving this major milestone in Ecuadorian professional football. Although their time in the tournament was brief, the experience was invaluable and reinforced the club’s commitment to its development and its fan base.  
    About the 2025 Kit  
    On January 24, Orense SC officially unveiled its 2025 kit, strengthening its identity and bond with supporters. The club also recently launched its Alternate Jersey II, accompanied by a campaign against racism in sports.  
    Each design is the creation of José Miguel Palacios, a third-generation member of the Palacios family, who infuses each detail with pride and the roots that define Orense SC.

    On March 23, Incarpalm celebrated its 19th anniversary, reaffirming its commitment to quality, growth, and excellence in the manufacturing of corrugated cardboard boxes.  
    The celebration included a heartfelt thanksgiving mass, bringing together executives and employees to recognize the hard work and dedication that have allowed the company to grow within the industry.  
    As part of the celebration, interactive activities strengthened the sense of teamwork and commitment. Special awards were also presented to team members who have completed 5, 10, and 15 years at the company, honoring their contributions to Incarpalm’s growth.  
    This year also brings an additional source of pride: the achievement of the FSSC 22000 certification, an international recognition that ensures the highest safety standards in packaging production for the food industry. This milestone reinforces Incarpalm’s commitment to continuous improvement and customer trust.

    Incarpalm Joins the Employability Route  

    As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, Incarpalm joined the “Ruta de la Empleabilidad” (Employability Route), an initiative that promotes job opportunities for young people, fostering inclusion and productive development.
     
    During an event held at its facilities, a partnership agreement was signed with the Ministry of Labor to establish joint actions aimed at encouraging the hiring of youth between the ages of 18 and 29. At the event, Minister Ivonne Núñez Figueroa highlighted Incarpalm’s role in job creation and its impact in El Oro Province, where the company currently employs over 100 young individuals.
     
    “Incarpalm is committed to a more prosperous and equitable Ecuador through responsible and inclusive practices,” stated Ing. Fernando Guamán Palacios, General Manager.
    Through this alliance, the company reinforces its commitment to sustainable growth and youth employability.
