Unidas
Palmas Unidas is our CSR program that supports early childhood education for the children of our employees. In its second edition, it benefited 150 children thanks to the support of volunteers and allies.
This year, we aim to reach 300 children from rural communities through a book donation campaign that promotes reading and access to educational tools.
Bootcamp femenino
The Women’s Bootcamp is a strategic initiative to promote gender equality while strengthening the professional growth, leadership, and well-being of our female collaborators.
Now in its third edition, over 150 women participated in training sessions with business leaders and shared a day of empowerment and connection.
Palmi
day
Launched in 2022, Palmi Day promotes teamwork, physical activity, and overall well-being. This year, the event included its first-ever 3K run, aligned with SDG 3, to encourage healthy habits and prevent drug use.
Over 1,000 participants—including employees and their families—took part in this initiative, demonstrating Palmar’s ongoing commitment to a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
