50 YEARS CULTIVATING HISTORY IN THE FIELD
In 2026, División Agrícola celebrates its Golden Anniversary, commemorating five decades of work, growth, and commitment made possible by the dedication of thousands of employees who, day after day, have built our history in the field.
Through the Celebration Route, we experienced a series of activities that highlight the pride in our roots, strengthen team integration, and recognize those who, through their dedication, have made these 50 years of history possible.
COPA JENNY JUDITH
We inaugurated the third edition of Copa Jenny Judith, a soccer tournament that brings together employees from our agricultural operations in an environment of friendly competition, teamwork, and camaraderie.
COCINA CON HISTORIA
A friendly competition that celebrated the talent and dedication of our employees responsible for food services at our farms, recognizing the important role they play in supporting the well-being of our operations.
In this first edition, the winning dish was the traditional “Hornado de chancho,” a preparation that stood out for its flavor, presentation, and the care reflected in every detail.
MURALES CON HISTORIA
We celebrated Children’s Day with the initiative “Murales con Historia,” an experience that brought together the children of our División Agrícola employees in a day filled with art, learning, and creativity.
During the activity, children discovered new painting techniques alongside students from UTMACH’s Visual Arts program, transforming color and imagination into a way to express Palmar’s history. This initiative, aligned with the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG): Quality Education, aimed to create spaces that encourage learning and foster the creative development of children.

CARRERA DE RACIMOS
We held the first edition of “Carrera de Racimos: Euclides Palacios,” a competition where 14 participants covered a 1.5-kilometer route while carrying banana bunches on their shoulders, putting their endurance, skill, and commitment to the test. At the end of the event, three employees were recognized for achieving the best times.
More than a competition, it was a tribute to the effort and dedication of banana workers.
