PROMOTING RESPONSIBLE DRIVING 

We held a training session for drivers in our Export Division, who play a vital role in transporting banana containers from our farms to port terminals. 

The session reinforced their knowledge of internal processes, documentation management, safety, and best driving practices, helping promote safer, more efficient operations focused on customer service. 

We also recognized drivers who stood out for their punctuality, commitment, and adherence to procedures, as part of our ongoing efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational professionalism.
