A FRIENDSHIP THAT CROSSED BORDERS

Some stories begin with a first opportunity and, over time, grow into bonds that transcend borders. In 1996, our first banana export shipment arrived in Russia carrying 128,757 boxes, marking the beginning of our relationship with Grigory Nikolaev, our first international client and, over time, a dear friend of our company.

In August, we inaugurated Grigory Nikolaev Square, featuring a statue in his honor and commemorating the history we share. More than a tribute to that first shipment, this space symbolizes the trust, friendship, and lasting connections we have built over 30 years of exporting to markets around the world.
